Kleevo provides electronic document signing and related services designed to help individuals and businesses prepare, send, sign, and manage digital documents.

It is your responsibility to determine whether a particular signing method is appropriate for your intended use.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Kleevo.

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to use Kleevo to:

• Violate any applicable laws.
• Send fraudulent or misleading documents.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service.
• Send spam or unsolicited signing requests.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of all documents you upload to Kleevo.

By uploading a document, you grant Kleevo the limited rights necessary to:

• Store the document.
• Process it for signing.
• Generate audit trails.
• Deliver finalized documents.
• Provide the Services.

We never claim ownership of your documents.

Kleevo supports multiple signing methods, including Swedish BankID and drawn signatures.

Different signing methods provide different levels of identity assurance.

You are responsible for selecting the signing method appropriate for your legal and business requirements.

Kleevo does not guarantee that a particular signing method is suitable for every type of agreement or jurisdiction.

Every completed signing process generates an audit trail.

The audit trail records events associated with the signing process to help demonstrate the integrity of completed documents.

Kleevo is not intended to be a permanent document archive.

Completed documents are retained for a limited period depending on your subscription plan before being securely deleted.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing finalized documents.

Certain features require payment.

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle.

Pay-as-you-go documents are billed individually.

Prices are displayed before purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Price changes will not affect documents already purchased.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes take effect according to your billing cycle and the applicable subscription terms shown during checkout.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Occasionally, the Service may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party outages
• Events outside our reasonable control

We work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Certain features rely on third-party providers, including:

• Payment processors
• Swedish BankID
• Cloud infrastructure
• Email providers
• SMS providers

Kleevo is not responsible for outages or interruptions caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

The Kleevo platform, website, branding, software, and associated content remain the property of Kleevo.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about Kleevo, you grant us the right to use those suggestions to improve the Service without compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Kleevo is provided "as is."
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kleevo during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kleevo harmless from claims arising from:

• Documents you upload.
• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use creates security risks.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

You may stop using Kleevo and close your account at any time.

We continuously improve Kleevo.

We may modify, add, or remove features from time to time.

Where practical, significant changes affecting customers will be communicated in advance.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will notify customers through the website or by email where appropriate.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
