While working at a local electric utility, I saw hundreds of agreements being sent for signing every month. The process was largely manual: documents were prepared, emailed, tracked in spreadsheets, and followed up with countless reminder calls and emails.

The technology existed to make this easier, but the tools available were either too complicated, too expensive, or simply were not designed around how people actually worked.

Years later, after starting my own businesses, I found myself facing the exact same challenge again.

Instead of continuing to work around the problem, I decided to solve it.

With more than ten years of experience designing and building software, Kleevo became the product I wished had existed all along.
