Audit Trail

Every completed signing process generates a detailed audit trail documenting the entire signing journey.

The audit trail is included in the finalized PDF and helps demonstrate the integrity of the signing process.
Document Integrity
Know exactly what was signed
Before signing begins, every uploaded document receives a unique SHA-256 cryptographic hash.
Once the signing process is complete, the finalized document can be verified against its stored hash to confirm that it has not been altered.
This ensures recipients can trust that the document they're viewing is exactly the one that was finalized.

Completed documents are retained only for the period required by your subscription before being securely deleted.
The sender remains responsible for the long-term storage of finalized documents.

Access to customer documents is strictly limited and only permitted when necessary to provide support, investigate technical issues, or comply with legal obligations.
Are my documents encrypted?

Documents are encrypted during transmission using HTTPS/TLS and securely stored using encrypted cloud storage.
How long are documents stored?
Documents are retained only for the retention period applicable to your subscription plan before being securely deleted.

Can completed documents be verified?

Every finalized document includes a verification ID and cryptographic document hash.

What happens after everyone has signed?
Once the final signature has been completed, Kleevo:
- Finalizes the document
- Generates the audit trail
- Creates the finalized PDF
- Delivers the completed document to the sender
- Permanently deletes the original uploaded document
Recipients can also download their finalized copy.
